Earlier this year in September, there were rumours of a merger between Sprint and T-mobile, then by early october, it ws heard that such merger was in its concluding stage, although a Nekkei exclusive report states that Sprint owner, Softbank, wants to opt out from the mer ger. The information is expected to be officially delivered to Deutsche Telekom, owner of T-mobile. Prior to this, they both had reached an agreement to make T-mobile and Sprint one of the largest carriers in the United States seeing that they both are among the top 5 largest carriers in the country.  According to the report, all that was left was to settle out who had controlling shares, that was when the deal began to crumble. Asus has officially launched the Zenfone 4 and Zenfone 4 Pro in the United States of America. This release comes just after the OEM announced their Zenfone 4 smartphone series. The Zenfone 4 Pro is a flagship class smartphone, featuring a Snapdragon 835 SoC, 6GB RAM and “an unparalleled mobile photography experience.” DISPLAY This device is equipped with a 5.5-inch FHD (1080x1920) display. The display is a Super IPS+ panel capable of brightness levels of up to 500nits and over 100% NTSC high colour gamut display. 2016 called, they want their bezels back. One of the cool features Apple inc added to their latest smartphones releases is the wireless charging functionality, on my previous article on the iPhone X , I mentioned that Apple utilized the Qi standard for wireless charging, But car manufacturers have only recently started implementing this standard in their products. This means at present, only a handful of car models support the use of the Qi technology, making most cars unable to wirelessly charge the iPhone 8 and the iPhone X using Qi standards. Chinese OEM, Innjoo, just announced a new smartphone for the Nigerian market. Dubbed ‘Vision’, this device is poised to be budget friendly and should offer more than enough value for money offering 4G LTE connectivity and a great battery. DISPLAY The Vision packs a 5.8-inch IPS LCD screen with a HD+ (720 x 1280px) resolution. This gives it an 18:9 aspect ratio in a bid to keep up with the 2017 trend. The latest electric vehicle by Nissan which was unveiled at the Tokyo motor show this week and it seems to be the most practical car out there right now, why?
