Samsung Galaxy S Light Luxury now Official

The Galaxy S Light Luxury was just announced in China packing very modest specs, the device is pretty much a "lite" variant of the Galaxy S8. The 5.8' screen from the S8 makes a return keeping the same dimensions as its bigger brother. The Light S features the same Super AMOLED panel with 1,080 x 2,220 px resolution (18.5:9). The phone has a single camera on the back - 16 MP sensor and an f/1.7 aperture. It can record 4K video at 30 fps, but OIS is absent (surprisingly). The selfie camera has an 8 MP sensor with an f/1.7 aperture. The Snapdragon 660 chipset inside the Galaxy S Light Luxury should offer similar CPU performance to the Galaxy S8's 835. It does have 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. Given the Galaxy S Light Luxury's size, it shouldn’t be a surprise that there’s a 3,000 mAh battery – the same capacity as the Galaxy S8. There’s support for fast wireless and wired charging, the latter of which goes over the USB-C port....

Tesla Unveils the Tesla Semi Truck

Tesla unveiled today its very first all-electric semi truck. It can be seen that the design is a very beautiful and futuristic looking one. Although that’s more like its basic catchy feature, the truck seems to boast of a whole lot of other capabilities. First off, Design of the truck was based on a bullet. It would be exceptionally fast for a truck going from 0-60mph in 5 seconds with the former fastest moving truck being Ford F-150 (although this is a pick-up truck, but it still counts since the tesla semi is faster than it). Also while carrying a maximum of Eighty thousand pounds (80000lb), it can still hit 60mph in just 20 seconds. Owing to its aerodynamic design, it has a better drag coefficient of 0.36 which is even better than the Bugatti chiron that has a drag coefficient of 0.38.   The truck will be able to hit a 500 miles range on maximum weight at 60mph compared to the standard 250 miles. Elon Musk explained this as a worse-case scenario feature w...

Amazon to launch Echo, Echo Plus and Echo Dot in Japan

After Amazon launched the Echo, Echo Plus, and Echo Dot in Japan some days ago, it made the hardware together with the Alexa voice assistant available in the country. While Amazon claims to have an Alexa voice search for Japan soon, developers can gain access to Alexa skills which also has support for Japanese and it has Alexa available for customers also along with a list of apps and services that amazon has to offer. While this new device might help to boost amazon’s market in Japan, it is very unlikely that it will help them to overtake Rakuten, as Japan’s biggest E-commerce firm. Although Amazon has offered e-books in Japan since 2010 and as of today has a full suite of Prime services, considerable amount of work would still be required if they are to ever overtake Rakuten. Due to the fact that Japan has the third largest Global economy, Amazon would still be in for a potentially lucrative market in Japan.   Amazon also launched a basic edition of its Fire TV Stic...

The new OPPO R11s Release Date and Review.

The news of the Chinese Tech firm, OPPO, releasing its new R11s has already began spreading round the internet. While we are still waiting for the phone, it can be seen the design and properties of the phone will not be far-fetched from leaked renders of the phone or specifications as predicted by some outlet. Well, remember when your hands could block the sound output when you are playing game (especially when you need to hear your victory chant, CoC fans can relate?), oh well, they apparently have a solution for that now. With the development of “crescent arcs” the device’s hardware would allow you to play or watch videos. Although this was done by modifying the headphone and microUSB port. ColorOS 3.2 seems to bring a new and special feature called Split Screen mode(which I am guessing will be similar to the Axon M’s split screen mode also) . it also comes with facial unlock which is integrated using an AI to recognise its user. It can do so in as quick as 0.08 secon...

The company which bought OEM Nexbit earlier this year just took the wraps off the, Razer Phone. The device which is aptly named packs a lot of bang for a lot of buck. The Razer Phone packs a 5.7-inch QHD IGZO LCD panel (1440 x 2560) with a wide colour gamut and 120Hz refresh rate, which is the first of its kind on Android smartphones. This means the “PC master race” gamers will marvel at the prospects of gaming at 120fps on a mobile device. The Razer Phone achieves this feat with the help of “UltraMotion”, an adaptive sync technology that syncs the GPU with the display much like V-Sync or Nvidia’s G-sync. This helps to ensure there are no lags at high frame rates. CAMERA There is a dual camera se...
